This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and comfort. The location by the river in the center of the city was absolutely perfect. It provided a stunning view and made it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The service was top-notch, with room service and dry cleaning readily available. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring that my room was always clean and tidy. I also appreciated the option to hire bicycles to explore the city. This added an extra element of convenience and allowed me to experience the city in a unique way.

The hotel's location is great - it's very close to the city center and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also close to public transportation, making it easy to get around. the staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a positive first impression upon arrival.

The room we were assigned wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Despite asking for a room change, the cleaning still wasn't up to par, leaving something to be desired in terms of overall cleanliness.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station and downtown area, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. the staff was generally friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning system in the rooms was not very effective, making the nights uncomfortably warm. , the Wi-Fi connection was spotty and slow, which made it difficult to stay connected.

Nice atmosphere, nice fitness room, nice breakfast, close to city center and Värmland museum, public parking nearby, possibility to check out later.
